Welcome to Our Site!
The purpose of the Hart County Quilt Trail is to celebrate the uniqueness of Hartwell and Hart County. Quilting is an American tradition with a rich heritage, and the quilt blocks on the quilt trail raise awareness of public art in our community. Hart County has a vibrant and diverse arts community, and this project will help highlight the power of art.
Our quilt trail highlights Hart County landmark, historical and agri-business sites that make the residents and visitors alike feel our community is special and unique.
Each quilt block has a name and meaning known to quilters, and each host location has the option to select a quilt block design and colors that are meaningful to them.
